Carbyne Partners with Sourcewell to Enhance Emergency Communications
Carbyne has announced a new partnership with Sourcewell, a cooperative purchasing agency, to expand access to its cloud-native emergency communications platform. Announced in a press release, this agreement will streamline procurement for over 50,000 government, education, and nonprofit organizations across the United States and Canada.
The partnership allows Sourcewell members to easily access Carbyne's suite of next-generation emergency communications tools, including Carbyne APEX, Bridge Desk, and Universe. These tools are designed to modernize 911 call handling, improve interagency coordination, and deploy AI-powered solutions to enhance safety and resilience.
Carbyne's platform offers features such as real-time video, geolocation, multilingual transcription and translation, and AI-powered recommendations, providing public safety leaders with a unified platform for faster and smarter emergency response. This collaboration aims to remove procurement barriers and accelerate the adoption of advanced emergency communications technology across communities.
