Catalyx Partners with Canoga Perkins to Add Private 5G to Line Clearance System
Catalyx announced in a press release a strategic partnership with Canoga Perkins to integrate deterministic private 5G Time Sensitive Networking technology into its OpenLine LineClearance Assistant 3.0 system. The collaboration aims to reduce the need for wired infrastructure in life sciences manufacturing while improving installation speed and cost efficiency.
The updated solution combines Catalyx's AI and machine vision capabilities with Canoga Perkins' low latency private 5G infrastructure. This integration is designed to enable real time wireless line clearance verification, supporting continuous production and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
According to Catalyx, the 5G enabled system eliminates the need for extensive cabling, lowers installation costs, and allows flexible deployment across multiple production facilities. The company plans to showcase the new version of OpenLine LineClearance Assistant at INTERPHEX New York from April 21 to 23, 2026.
