CGI Acquires Callibrity to Expand Enterprise AI Services

CGI completed its acquisition of Cincinnati technology consulting firm Callibrity on September 8, adding 120 consultants and expanding its enterprise AI and platform engineering capabilities.

CGI completed its acquisition of Callibrity on September 8, 2026, the company announced in a press release. The deal expands CGI's presence in Cincinnati and adds production ready enterprise AI, platform engineering and digital product development capabilities.

Callibrity was founded in 2007 and provides technology consulting to financial services, insurance and manufacturing companies. Its 120 consultants will join CGI, while existing clients will retain access to their current teams and gain access to CGI's wider services and global delivery network.

CGI employs about 94,000 consultants and professionals worldwide. The company reported revenue of CA$15.91 billion for fiscal 2025.
