China SCO Platform Unveils AI Agent and Six Digital Projects
China Daily stated in a release that the China SCO Digital Economy Cooperation Platform marked its first anniversary on September 15. The platform has supported 29 cross border cooperation projects, while its pilot zone in Tianjin's Binhai New Area hosts 70 projects spanning computing infrastructure, digital trade and commercial aerospace.
The pilot zone operates a computing resource pool with 150,000 accelerator cards and more than 700 participating partners. Trade between the zone and SCO countries grew 14 percent year on year in 2025.
Participants signed agreements for six projects covering AI infrastructure, smart logistics, geospatial intelligence and digital health care. Tianjin also unveiled Hehe, an AI dialogue agent that supports more than 100 languages.
