CINC Systems Introduces AI System for Community Management
In a press release, CINC Systems introduced Community Intelligence, an approach that connects community information, context and actions through its Cephai AI engine. The system supports invoices, budgets, resident requests, architectural requests and board packets, while leaving reviews, approvals and decisions to users.
CINC said nearly 500,000 invoices have been coded with AI this year. Clients have also used the technology for nearly 2,500 budgets covering about $500 million in proposed association spending.
The company estimates that its AI supported invoice, budget and board packet workflows have saved more than 36,000 hours and about $1.13 million in labor costs this year. It cited examples in which budget preparation fell from five to 10 hours to about one minute, while invoice processing dropped from roughly 10 minutes to about 30 seconds per invoice in what CINC describes as a measured workflow.
CINC plans to provide its unified platform experience to all clients before the end of 2026 at no additional cost. The update includes one login, universal navigation and global search.
