Claro Introduces AI and Automation Discovery Service for Insurers
Claro announced in a press release the launch of AI and Automation Discovery, a new advisory service designed for insurance organizations. The service helps leaders identify, prioritize, and activate high-value AI and automation opportunities within four to six weeks.
AI and Automation Discovery is a structured, vendor-neutral engagement that includes executive alignment sessions, diagnostic assessments, and value-based evaluations to sequence initiatives by impact, feasibility, and risk. The fixed-fee service delivers a 90-day action plan, implementation-ready use cases, budget and timeline guidance, and a 12-month roadmap for execution.
According to Claro, the program enables insurers to define practical next steps for applying AI and automation across areas such as underwriting, claims, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
