Cognizant and Google Cloud announced in a press release an expanded partnership focused on deploying AI agents for enterprise customers. The companies are forming a Gemini Frontier Capability Group supported by more than 18,000 Cognizant employees.

The group will initially work on legacy system modernization, developer tools, business process automation and cyber defense. It will use Gemini, the Model Context Protocol and Google Cloud's Model Armor to build and manage AI agents.

More than 55,000 Cognizant employees completed the companies' Build with Gemini workshop and earned Gemini skills credentials. Cognizant is also deploying Gemini to 100,000 employees in 2026, with plans to expand access to 200,000.

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
