CollPlant Announces $3.7 Million Private Placement for LightSolver
CollPlant Biotechnologies entered definitive agreements for a private placement expected to generate about $3.7 million in gross proceeds, the company said in a press release. The transaction is expected to close around October 14, 2026, subject to customary conditions.
CollPlant will issue 989,301 ordinary shares or share equivalents and warrants to purchase up to 1,483,952 ordinary shares. The combined purchase price is $3.74 per share and accompanying warrants, with the warrants exercisable immediately at $3.74 per share for five years.
The company plans to use the net proceeds primarily for research and development at its subsidiary, LightSolver. The work will focus on scaling LightSolver's laser based computing architecture and Laser Processing Unit technology, with remaining funds available for working capital and other corporate purposes.
