CommLoan Launches AI Loan Quote Generator for Commercial Real Estate Brokers

CommLoan has introduced an AI-powered loan quote generator that matches commercial real estate deals to more than 1,000 lenders in under a minute. The tool uses proprietary data to provide ranked lender matches from over 600,000 loan programs across the United States.

CommLoan has introduced an AI loan quote generator that instantly matches commercial real estate deals with lenders, announced in a press release. The generator is free for mortgage brokers and can return ranked lender matches from over 600,000 loan programs in less than a minute.

Brokers can upload offering memorandums or manually enter deal details to receive the top three lender matches. The system draws from more than 1,000 lenders covering 75 property types across all U.S. counties. Each lender’s credit box is read in real time, aligning deals with live lending criteria.

The company stated that the tool eliminates the manual process of contacting lenders and compiling quotes, allowing brokers to respond to clients faster. Built with structured code and a document processing pipeline, the system improves its matching accuracy as usage increases. The AI quote generator is available now on CommLoan’s website.
