Concirrus Expands in US with AI Underwriting Platform
Concirrus has expanded its presence in the United States specialty insurance market by deploying its AI-powered underwriting platform with one of the world's top ten specialty insurers, announced in a press release. This deployment marks a significant step for Concirrus, as its technology is now in live production across complex, high-volume US specialty lines.
The platform aims to transform underwriting processes by enabling carriers to cut underwriting time from days to seconds, thereby improving quote-to-bind ratios and increasing premium retention. The Concirrus platform offers a comprehensive solution from 'ingestion to invoicing', with integrated quote and bind capabilities and policy management functions.
Andrew Yeoman, CEO of Concirrus, emphasized the company's commitment to helping customers deliver improved underwriting results in the competitive US insurance market. The platform supports various lines, including property, casualty, aviation, and marine, allowing specialty carriers to respond instantly and underwrite with greater insight.
