Copado has launched Agentia, a Salesforce-first solution that embeds context-aware AI agents directly into the software delivery lifecycle, announced in a press release. The platform is designed to help teams release faster with Salesforce’s Agentforce while maintaining governance, testing, and control.

Agentia integrates agents that can generate code, execute tests, diagnose failures, and support releases within the delivery workflow. Unlike traditional AI tools that operate outside development systems, these agents are lifecycle-aware and grounded in an organization’s metadata, pipelines, and knowledge base.

Built on Copado’s DevOps foundation on the Salesforce AgentExchange, Agentia enables agents to understand Salesforce metadata, dependencies, environments, and testing activity. This allows them to perform governed actions across the delivery lifecycle rather than just responding to prompts. The solution is available now in Agentia Advanced and Agentia Pro editions through Copado and its global partners.

By embedding intelligent agents directly into DevOps pipelines, Copado positions Agentia as a step toward an emerging model it calls AgentOps — focused on managing and governing autonomous agents in enterprise environments.
