Cye Launches Cybersecurity Center for Private Equity Firms

Cye announced in a press release a Center of Excellence that helps private equity firms assess and reduce cyber exposure across their portfolio companies.

The service combines expert led services with Cye's AI based exposure management platform. It covers scouting and due diligence before a deal, onboarding after an acquisition, continuous risk management, portfolio oversight, and exit preparation.

Capabilities include identifying risks before formal due diligence, finding potential acquisition blockers, creating a 90 day cybersecurity baseline after an acquisition, and prioritizing risks by exploitability and business impact. The service also provides shared records and reporting, comparisons of cyber maturity across portfolio companies, and evidence of security improvements before an exit.

Cye says the service is available globally.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
