DarioHealth secured a contract with a New Jersey health plan covering about 1.5 million people. The program will launch and begin generating revenue in the first quarter of 2027.

DarioHealth Corp. said in an announcement that it secured a contract with one of New Jersey's largest health plans, which represents about 1.5 million covered lives. The agreement came through DarioHealth's channel partnership with Amwell and will launch and begin generating revenue in the first quarter of 2027.

The administrative services only plan gives DarioHealth access to self funded employer groups that may offer its cardiometabolic care services. It is the company's third large state health plan contract secured through Amwell in the past 12 months, following agreements in Arizona and Florida.

DarioHealth's platform supports diabetes, hypertension, weight management, musculoskeletal conditions and behavioral health. It combines connected devices, personalized member engagement, AI insights and clinical care.
