Datasea has started providing AI agent marketing services to five customers under arrangements with potential annual service volume of up to $89.4 million.

Datasea Intelligent Technology Ltd. says in a press release that its Chinese operating entities entered AI agent digital marketing agreements and preorder arrangements with five customers. All five customers were receiving services as of September 17, with an aggregate service value of about $1.10 million.

The services include content generation, advertising placement, data analytics, software applications, AI agent task orchestration, model access, data processing, system integration and technical support. Datasea uses a billing model based on customer account funding, consumption and services provided.

Expected monthly fees range from about $450,000 to $1.49 million per customer and from $2.24 million to $7.45 million across all five arrangements. The maximum monthly volume would equal about $89.4 million over 12 months, but the arrangements do not represent minimum purchase commitments, guaranteed revenue, recognized revenue or backlog.
