Datasea Inc. has reported a significant revenue increase for the third fiscal quarter of 2025, reaching $10.4 million, up 653.6% from $1.38 million in the same period of fiscal 2024, announced in a press release. This growth is primarily attributed to the company's 5G+AI multimodal digital segment in China, which has seen increased market adoption across various industries.

The company's gross profit for the quarter was $0.3 million, with a gross margin of 2.9%, marking an improvement from the previous year's gross margin of 0.7%. Despite a net loss of $1.8 million, this represents a significant improvement from the $4.1 million net loss recorded in the same period last year.

Datasea's financial condition also showed positive changes, with a 378.2% increase in cash balance to $0.9 million and a 93.2% reduction in accounts receivable to $0.05 million. The company's inventory increased by 166.7% to $0.32 million, reflecting higher customer orders for its acoustic high-tech products.

Looking ahead, Datasea reaffirms its full fiscal year 2025 revenue guidance of approximately $90 million, driven by long-term contracts in its 5G+AI multimodal digital communications and the expansion of its acoustic high-tech products.
