DayOne Files for Proposed Nasdaq IPO
DayOne filed a Form F-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering, the company said in a press release. The Singapore based data center operator plans to offer American Depositary Shares representing its ordinary shares.
DayOne applied to list the shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker DODC. The number of shares and expected price range have not been determined, and the registration statement is not yet effective.
Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities and Citigroup will serve as underwriters. DayOne operates data centers across ten markets in Asia Pacific and Europe, including campuses designed for AI workloads.
