Deliverect and SoundHound AI Partner to Automate Restaurant Voice Ordering
Deliverect and SoundHound AI have formed a partnership to automate restaurant voice ordering from initial customer interaction to kitchen fulfillment, announced in a press release.
The collaboration connects SoundHound’s Smart Ordering system directly to Deliverect’s order and menu management platform. Through this integration, SoundHound’s AI agents access menu and location data in real time, capture orders through any voice channel, and route them automatically to kitchen systems using Deliverect’s existing point-of-sale integrations.
The partnership aims to remove manual order re-entry, eliminate call handling by staff, and maintain consistent menu updates across phone, drive-thru, kiosk, and digital channels. Operators can use the technology to handle orders seamlessly while reducing workload and wait times during busy hours.
The integrated solution supports over 100 languages and works with more than 550 point-of-sale systems in over 50 countries. This allows restaurant groups to deploy the automated ordering solution globally without the need for custom development or additional system builds.
