Delta Electronics Unveils AI Data Center Microgrid Solution at Energy Taiwan 2025
Taipei-based Delta Electronics introduced its AI Data Center Microgrid Solution at Energy Taiwan 2025, announced in a press release. The system integrates multiple on-site energy sources and is designed to maintain power quality and stability under high-intensity AI workloads.
The microgrid solution includes Delta’s new solid-state transformers, achieving up to 98.5% efficiency by optimizing AC to DC conversion. It combines energy storage systems and microgrid controllers that coordinate renewables, generator sets, and hydrogen fuel cells. The setup can respond to 100% step-load changes within milliseconds while maintaining voltage regulation.
Delta also presented its AI-enabled energy solutions for industrial and commercial users, featuring the liquid-cooled C Series all-in-one energy storage system. Each cabinet provides 125 kW and 261 kWh capacity, supporting modular expansion and integration with hybrid PV inverters. The company’s U Series 5-MWh-class energy storage system was also showcased for utility-scale deployments.
The exhibition, held from October 29 to 31 at the Nangang Exhibition Center in Taipei, displayed Delta’s broader portfolio of smart energy technologies for AI data centers, heavy-duty EV charging, and energy advisory services.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
