Delta Electronics Unveils Integrated Power and Cooling Architecture for AI Data Centers
Delta Electronics has introduced an integrated power, cooling, and infrastructure architecture for AI data centers, announced in a press release at Data Center World 2026 in Washington. The company’s grid-to-chip platform is designed to unify power distribution, thermal management, and intelligent controls into a single scalable system for AI and high-performance computing environments.
At the core of the architecture is the Ultron DPM Gen-2 series UPS, a three-phase platform supporting 250 to 2500 kVA capacities with up to 97.5 percent efficiency in double conversion mode. Its scalable design supports up to 20 MW expansion with N+1 redundancy. The system pairs with Delta’s UZR3 Li-ion Battery Cabinet, which carries UL1973 and UL9540 certifications, and the new UZR3-S series that meets NFPA 855 large-scale fire testing requirements.
For thermal management, Delta presented a 3 MW liquid-to-liquid Coolant Distribution Unit capable of cooling up to 3000 kW with dual power input and real-time monitoring through SNMP, Modbus TCP/IP, and BACnet protocols. The company also highlighted its 800 VDC power architecture, which delivers up to 1.1 MW per rack at 98 percent efficiency, reducing conversion losses and supporting high-density AI workloads.
Delta’s intelligent facility layer connects power, cooling, and building systems using its enteliWEB management platform. The system integrates Red5 controllers and O3 AI-enhanced multi-sensors to monitor and optimize temperature, humidity, and energy use across data center facilities, providing centralized visibility and control from grid to chip.
