DiffuseDrive Secures $3.5M to Enhance Generative AI Platform
DiffuseDrive, a startup founded in Hungary, has raised $3.5 million in seed funding to further develop its generative AI platform. The funding round was led by Outlander and Presto Tech Horizons, with participation from E2VC, bringing the company's total funding to $4.5 million.
The company, now based in San Francisco, focuses on generating photorealistic training data for sectors such as automotive, aerospace, defense, and robotics. This data is crucial for training AI systems in these industries, addressing the challenge of data scarcity that limits AI-driven autonomy.
DiffuseDrive's platform has already attracted early adopters among Fortune 500 companies, providing scalable and realistic data solutions. The startup aims to expand its operations and continue enhancing its diffusion model architecture to support real-time, adaptive AI in safety-critical environments.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
