IDC named Docusign a Leader in its 2026 assessment of integrated signing workflow software vendors, citing its agreement management tools, integrations, AI contract analysis and workflow automation.
Docusign Named Leader in IDC Signing Workflow Assessment

Docusign said in a press release that it was named a Leader in the 2026 IDC MarketScape assessment of integrated signing workflow software vendors. The assessment was published in August 2026.

IDC cited Docusign's coverage of electronic signatures and agreement lifecycle management, along with AI based contract analysis and automated workflow orchestration. It also noted the company's market recognition and more than 1,000 prebuilt integrations, including connections with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft, Google and Coupa.

Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform covers agreement intake, contract creation, identity verification, electronic signatures and management after execution. The company reported more than 1.9 million customers as of July 31, 2026.
