DocuWare Launches Redesigned Platform With Aura AI

DocuWare has launched a redesigned document management platform with an AI assistant, expanded document processing, and new web and mobile interfaces.

DocuWare announces in a press release a redesigned document management platform with new web and mobile interfaces. The platform is available to new DocuWare Cloud customers, while existing customers can continue using the current clients and migrate at their own pace.

The included Aura AI assistant can search, summarize, and compare information across an organization's document repositories. It follows existing access permissions and cites original documents in its answers. Aura is available to all DocuWare Cloud customers.

Expanded document processing features can capture, classify, and extract data. They include Zero Shot Extraction for previously unseen document types, optical character recognition in 20 languages, and matching against master data from systems such as enterprise resource planning software. An on premises version of the platform will follow.
