Forge AI turns documents, video and worker expertise into operational content, while providing an assistant for troubleshooting and analysis.

Dozuki announced Forge AI in a press release, introducing an industrial AI layer for manufacturing workflows. The product combines embedded AI for defined tasks with an AI assistant for questions, troubleshooting and analysis.

Forge AI uses operational knowledge, workforce skills and frontline activity stored in Dozuki. It can turn documents, video and worker expertise into standardized operational content. Dozuki says its CreatorPro AI tool can convert frontline video into structured digital work instructions, reducing standard operating procedure creation from four hours to less than 10 minutes for customers.

Customer information remains isolated within each organization's Dozuki account, and existing permissions control access. Dozuki says customer data is not used to train shared AI models. Forge AI is available through Dozuki.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
