DriveNets Raises 410 Million Dollars in Series D Funding for AI Networking Expansion
DriveNets announced in a press release that it has raised 410 million dollars in a Series D funding round, bringing its total capital raised to 1 billion dollars. The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and Atreides Management, with participation from existing investors Pitango and D1 Capital Partners, and new investors AMD and Red Dot Capital.
The company reported a backlog exceeding 1 billion dollars and positive cash flow since 2025. DriveNets plans to use the new funding to expand its inventory and support its growing pipeline of Ethernet-based AI fabric solutions. These funds will also help the company scale its heterogeneous AI infrastructure offerings.
DriveNets collaborates with technology partners such as AMD, Broadcom, Dell, and Supermicro to improve integration between networking and compute components in AI environments. The company’s Network Cloud platform is used by major telecommunications operators and now underpins its Ethernet-based AI infrastructure for large-scale AI deployments.
