dv01 Launches AI Agents for Structured Finance

dv01 announced in a press release the launch of built in AI agents and Model Context Protocol connectivity for structured finance. The capabilities support asset backed securities and residential mortgage backed securities workflows in DealStudio and Credit Facility Management.

The agents can draft deal structures from offering memoranda, configure facilities using credit agreements and loan data, and prepare borrowing base and monthly servicer reports. The Model Context Protocol server lets clients connect ChatGPT, Claude and internal applications to dv01 data and analysis without separate custom integrations.

dv01's Semantic Layer maps source fields to defined business concepts, standardizes calculations and accounts for exceptions tied to specific deals and servicers. Model Context Protocol access is live for Claude and ChatGPT, while the built in agents are available within their respective dv01 products.
