EAIGG and Draup Introduce National AI Readiness Scorecard

The Ethical AI Governance Group and Draup released a report that assesses national AI readiness across talent, infrastructure, data, innovation, capital and policy.

The Ethical AI Governance Group and Draup announced in a press release the publication of a report on national AI competitiveness. The AI Sovereignty Paradox introduces a Global AI Adoption Scorecard covering the United States, Israel, France, India and Japan.

The scorecard evaluates talent, workforce readiness, infrastructure, data, innovation, capital formation and policy. The report also examines the gap between AI capabilities and their adoption in large operations, including the roles of workforce skills, institutional capacity and organizational readiness.

The report argues that countries can maintain strategic control without owning every part of the AI technology stack. It describes specialization, access to both proprietary and open source models, and international partnerships as options for gaining access to talent, capital, infrastructure, research and markets.
