EdgeMode Acquires Synthesis Analytics to Boost AI Data Center Capabilities
EdgeMode Inc. has announced the acquisition of Synthesis Analytics Production Ltd. (SAPL), a strategic move to expand its presence in the high-performance computing and AI-focused data center market. The acquisition, which was finalized on April 7, 2025, includes a 95-megawatt power purchase agreement and proprietary cooling technology, announced in a press release.
As part of the acquisition, SAPL has been rebranded as EdgeMode Europe. The transaction secures a strategic data center site in Sweden, with construction already underway for a 20-megawatt high-performance computing facility at Marviken. This site is designed for scalable expansion, with plans to exceed 300 megawatts within five years.
The acquisition also brings Dr. Niclas Adler, former CEO of SAPL, into EdgeMode's leadership as Chief Technology Officer. Dr. Adler will lead the technical execution of the company's data center buildout and HPC hosting services.
EdgeMode has already secured its first HPC hosting client, Cudo Ventures, and is in discussions with additional partners for future phases. This acquisition positions EdgeMode to meet the growing global demand for AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure solutions.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
