Electives for Everyone gives employees access to live classes, AI simulations and course registration through AI tools.

Electives announced in a press release Electives for Everyone, a workplace learning program that gives every employee in an organization access to live classes and AI simulations. The program is available now.

Classes cover foundational and advanced AI skills, manager training and human skills. Employees can also practice applying AI skills through simulations based on workplace scenarios.

An MCP server lets employees find and register for classes within supported AI tools they already use. Electives will add newly curated live classes each month.
