eLEND Partners With Ready4Remodel on AI Renovation Lending Tools
eLEND has partnered with Ready4Remodel to give its broker partners and borrowers access to AI powered renovation design, cost estimate, and financing tools, the companies announced in a press release.
Ready4Remodel uses AI to create before and after renovation visualizations. The platform also provides renovation cost estimates based on the property and budget, and shows how project costs could affect monthly payments.
eLEND is financing access to the platform for its mortgage brokers, real estate partners, and their borrowers. The companies said the tools are intended to help borrowers review renovation options before applying for a loan.
