EliseAI raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation in a round led by Andreessen Horowitz and Bessemer Venture Partners.

EliseAI raised $350 million at a $4 billion valuation, according to TechCrunch. The valuation is nearly double the figure from its $250 million Series E round in August 2025.

Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Bessemer Venture Partners led the latest round. EliseAI says its software is used by one in six apartments in the US and that annual recurring revenue has passed $200 million.

Founded in 2017, EliseAI automates administrative and operational tasks for housing and healthcare companies. Its Apollo assistant handles work across leasing, maintenance, and renewals, while its healthcare software supports referrals, scheduling, insurance verification, chart preparation, and patient follow up.
