Elly Launches Recruiting Service Combining AI and Human Recruiters
Elly launches a recruiting service that pairs AI with human recruiters on every search, the company announced in a press release.
The AI searches for candidates, evaluates experience and fit, identifies potential concerns, and surfaces matches. Recruiters provide judgment, context, and expertise. Elly, operated by Recruit Tech Labs, says the model completes searches twice as fast as traditional recruiting agencies at about half the cost.
The system retains candidate details, interview feedback, hiring decisions, and employer preferences from each search. It can use that information to identify candidates for later roles. Elly is also accepting applications from job seekers and plans to help 100 people find new roles as part of the launch.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
