Emerson Electric Launches DeltaV Automation Platform for AI Data Centers
Emerson Electric has introduced its DeltaV Automation Platform for Data Centers to manage power, cooling, and other critical infrastructure for AI scale facilities, the company said in a press release.
The platform decouples hardware and software so project teams can work in parallel. It also standardizes equipment level and facility wide control for data center systems.
DeltaV provides a unified monitoring and control layer across thermal, mechanical, and electrical subsystems. Emerson said the system can respond in real time to changes in power and cooling loads.
The platform includes embedded AI technologies that provide operational insights for data center teams. It is designed to support visibility and control across large data center environments.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
