Empiric Earth Names Jen Vescio President

Oct 13, 2026
Former Uber executive Jen Vescio will lead corporate strategy, product, sales, marketing and merger integration at Empiric Earth.

Empiric Earth named Jen Vescio president in a press release, effective immediately. Vescio reports to CEO Zach Greenberger and leads product, corporate development and investor relations, business development and sales, and marketing, along with the post merger integration of the two companies behind Empiric Earth.

Vescio joined the company's board in April and previously served as chief business development officer at Uber, where she also led new business development for autonomous vehicles. She most recently ran Awestruck Ventures, an advisory firm, and has raised more than $300 million for physical AI companies including Fort Robotics, the company says.

Empiric Earth was formed through the September merger of Nexar and Nauto. It says it captures more than 300 million real world miles a month across 98% of US roads and 50 or more countries, and offers that driving record as independent ground truth to developers, automakers, fleets, insurers and public agencies working on physical AI.

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
