Runsheet Assistant analyzes complete title document sets in one query and can reduce runsheet analysis time by up to 75%.

Enverus announced in a press release the launch of Runsheet Assistant, an AI capability within Enverus Courthouse. The company says it can reduce runsheet analysis time by up to 75%, depending on the task.

Runsheet Assistant analyzes a complete set of title documents through a single query. It identifies relationships across filings, reconstructs chains of title, and surfaces ownership, lease, and asset restriction information.

The tool works directly with more than 350 million records collected from county courthouses in major energy producing regions. It can analyze sets of 100 or more documents and is available now to Enverus Courthouse subscribers.

The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
