Eudia Launches Expert Digital Twins for Enterprise Legal Teams
Eudia has launched Expert Digital Twins, a new AI system that replicates how top legal experts make decisions across an organization, announced in a press release. The platform encodes expert judgment into what the company calls governed Enterprise Brains, allowing legal, risk, and compliance teams to apply consistent, expert-grade decision-making at scale.
The system operates through specialized decision engines known as MINDs, which capture institutional knowledge to create governed Expert Digital Twins. These Twins deliver consistent and accurate outputs across legal functions such as contract review, compliance guidance, and policy interpretation. Eudia reports that the platform has already built more than 50 Enterprise Brains and processed over $3.4 billion in commercial opportunities.
Through a new partnership, ServiceNow will integrate Eudia’s Expert Digital Twins into its Legal Service Delivery and Contract Management Pro platforms. This enables business teams to access expert legal judgment directly within their existing workflows.
Eudia’s approach is designed to reduce dependency on individual experts by embedding their decision-making patterns into enterprise systems. Clients including Duracell, Graybar, and Coherent have used the technology to accelerate contract and compliance processes, achieving faster and more consistent outcomes.
