Eve Reaches $1 Billion Valuation with New Funding Round
Eve, a San Francisco-based startup specializing in AI tools for plaintiffs' law firms, has achieved a $1 billion valuation after raising $103 million in a recent funding round. The round was led by Spark Capital, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Menlo Ventures, reports Reuters.
Eve's technology assists plaintiffs' lawyers in evaluating cases, drafting documents, and managing discovery requests. The company has expanded its customer base to over 450 law firms and processes more than 200,000 legal cases annually. CEO Jay Madheswaran noted the growing interest in tech tools among plaintiffs' lawyers as AI becomes more prevalent in the legal industry.
This funding round brings Eve's total capital raised to $164 million, positioning it alongside other AI startups like EvenUp and Supio, which have also secured significant investments in recent years.
