Exterro Launches Autonomous AI Engine for Subpoena Management
Exterro has launched Exterro Subpoena Manager, described as the first autonomous AI engine for legal subpoena management, according to a company press release. The tool is designed to automate intake, routing, and data collection processes that traditionally require extensive manual work.
The system uses autonomous agents to extract key details from subpoenas, create structured records, and coordinate actions across enterprise systems while keeping legal teams in control of approvals. Exterro states that the solution can reduce manual workload by up to 95 percent and reclaim up to 7,500 hours of labor annually for large organizations.
The company estimates potential annual savings of over $500,000 for enterprises handling high volumes of subpoenas. Exterro Subpoena Manager is part of the company’s new framework called ARMOUR, which stands for Autonomous Risk Management, Orchestration, and Unified Response.
Exterro plans to demonstrate the new system at the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium Global Institute in Chicago. The software is available as a SaaS product with flexible pricing based on subpoena volume.
