Fal.ai Releases H3 Max Video Model
Fal.ai has released H3 Max, a video generation model built on the open weights MiniMax H3 model, the company said in a press release. The model supports text to video and image to video generation through the fal API, Playground, and fal Agent.
Fal said H3 Max generates a video of five seconds in about three seconds of wall time. The company said this is about 35x the throughput of the official MiniMax H3 endpoint in its testing.
H3 Max was developed by post training MiniMax H3 with additional data focused on prompt adherence and visual quality. Fal said its inference team also optimized the system stack around the model during training.
Fal said Design Arena ranks H3 Max first on its recent Image to Video leaderboard, while Artificial Analysis ranks fal's H3 model first on its Image to Video Leaderboard with Audio. The company said H3 Max is available now, with launch pricing of $0.04 per second at 768p until September 7, after which the price rises to $0.08 per second.
