FANUC America to Show Physical AI and Robotics at IMTS 2026
FANUC America announced in a press release that it will demonstrate robotics, Physical AI, CNC systems, and digital twin tools at IMTS 2026. Its exhibits in Booth 338900 will include technology developed with Google Cloud, NVIDIA, and Amazon Web Services.
The demonstrations will feature AI agents that interpret handwritten instructions and direct robots. FANUC will also show natural language robot programming through CRX Vibe Coding, AI assisted connector assembly and bolt tightening, CNC toolpath and program generation, and autonomous recovery from machining failures.
Digital twin exhibits will include CNC Reflection Studio, CNC Guide 2, Surface Estimation, Tool Path Optimizer, and Smart Digital Twin Manager. NVIDIA Isaac Sim will connect with FANUC ROBOGUIDE for robotic spot welding simulation.
FANUC will also present the portable CRX-3iA collaborative robot, which has a 3 kg payload and weighs 11 kg. The new R-50iA Compact DC Controller supports 24V to 48V battery power for CRX robots mounted on autonomous mobile robots.
