femtoAI Opens AI Silicon Developer Community

Oct 6, 2026
femtoAI has opened its developer community, providing access to its Sparse Processing Unit evaluation kit, compressed models, compiler and Sparsity Studio.

femtoAI opened public access to its developer community after a beta program, the company said in a press release. The portal gives developers access to its Sparse Processing Unit evaluation kit, compressed models, compiler and Sparsity Studio measurement tool.

Developers can use their own models, choose a prebuilt femtoAI model or create one from scratch. The community also includes documentation, a discussion forum and access to femtoAI staff.

The company says its neural network sparsity and model compression technology can reduce memory use and power consumption by 10 times without reducing accuracy. Legato, Marshall and NewSound have used the platform to build AI audio products.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
