Financial Cents launches MCP server for accounting data

Financial Cents launched an MCP server that connects firm data with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other compatible AI assistants.

In a press release, Financial Cents launched a Model Context Protocol server that connects its accounting practice management platform with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other compatible AI assistants. Firms can ask questions about overdue work and unpaid invoices, log time, create tasks and assign client follow ups without copying data between systems.

The server uses OAuth 2.1 and binds each connection to one firm account. Access follows the firm's existing permissions, assistants request confirmation before making changes, and actions are audited and rate limited. Firms can revoke access at any time, while deletion is not available through the server.

The MCP server is available on the Financial Cents Scale plan. Customers can connect an assistant using a server URL and standard sign in without developer setup.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?

Tensordyne

This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
