Finch Claims Launches Property Claims Intelligence Platform

Finch Claims announced in a press release the launch of a platform that combines historical property claim records with current inbox activity. It connects to a firm's inbox, assigns emails and attachments to the relevant claim, extracts information and flags missing costs, unanswered questions and inconsistencies.

Finch Claims said the platform has analyzed 315,000 documents from more than 15,000 property claims. In a sample comparing carrier estimates with estimates from public adjusters, it found an average difference of nearly 50%, representing more than $6 million in repair costs absent from carrier estimates.

The platform is initially available to public adjusters and public adjusting firms handling residential and commercial property claims. Finch Claims has raised $4.5 million from focal, Company Ventures, Veridical Ventures, TipTop VC and Aglaé Ventures.
