Finys Updates Insurance Suite With AI Assistants

Finys has updated its insurance software suite with AI assistants, embedded CRM and expanded configuration tools on a common platform.

Finys unveiled a new version of the Finys Suite at InsureTech Connect Vegas on September 29, 2026, the company said in a press release. The release brings policy, billing and claims functions onto a common platform and adds AI assistants, embedded CRM and an updated user interface.

The assistants can answer questions, provide conversational insights and help users configure the software based on their current context. A restructured data model connects customer and operational information across products, rates, rules and workflows.

The release also includes Finys Design Studio, a low code environment for configuring insurance products, screens, rules and forms. Finys says the redesigned platform supports additional integrations and retains the suite's existing insurance functions.
