Flatworld Mortgage Relaunches Brand Around Agentic AI Platform

Flatworld Mortgage has relaunched its brand around MSuite, its automation and agentic AI platform, the company said in a press release. The platform operates across mortgage onboarding, processing, underwriting, quality control, closing and servicing.

MSuite indexes more than 1 million pages each month across over 450 document types, with reported accuracy above 90%. It also automates income, asset and credit reviews, while defined human checkpoints require staff to review outputs before they become lending decisions.

Flatworld Mortgage says it has handled a 100% increase in loan volume with 24 to 48 hours of notice and without a corresponding hiring cycle. The company reports processing up to 40% faster than internal lender operations and a 55% net financial benefit from cost savings and returns.
