Flo Health Partners With Google Health on Wearables and Women's Health AI

Oct 12, 2026
Flo Health and Google Health will connect cycle insights with wearable data and develop AI models for women's health under a multi year partnership.

Flo Health and Google Health announced in a press release a multi year partnership covering app integration, new products, and women's health research. Google Health also made a strategic investment in Flo, but the companies did not disclose the amount.

Beginning in early 2027, users who provide permission will be able to connect Flo with Google Health. Fitbit data including sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability, skin temperature, and respiratory rate can inform Flo's cycle predictions and symptom insights. Flo insights can also appear in Google Health to provide coaching based on a user's cycle and life stage.

The companies will research AI models that account for links between hormones, sleep, heart rate, mood, and energy. Planned work includes models for recognizing possible signs of perimenopause and symptom patterns associated with PCOS, endometriosis, and fibroids.

Users must provide separate permission for each type and purpose of shared data and can withdraw access. The companies say Flo data shared with Google Health will not be used for advertising, sold, or made available to other apps and developers through Google's health platforms.
