Flytxt's Niya-X platform received a Bronze Stevie Award in the Best AI Product category at the 2026 International Business Awards, the company said in a press release. The award will be presented on October 28 at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse.

Niya-X provides specialized AI experts that interpret business goals, develop strategies, make decisions, coordinate actions and learn from results. The platform uses causal learning and counterfactual modeling to assess possible scenarios within company rules and privacy requirements.

Flytxt says companies use Niya-X for customer acquisition and retention, product design, pricing, employee onboarding, investment recommendations, customer service and growth marketing. More than 3,400 nominations from 82 countries and regions were submitted to the 2026 awards, with over 200 professionals selecting the winners.
