Former Verisk CEO Scott Stephenson Joins ZestyAI Board

ZestyAI has appointed Scott Stephenson, former Chairman, President, and CEO of Verisk Analytics, to its Board of Directors as the company expands its AI-driven insurance platform.

ZestyAI has appointed Scott Stephenson, former Chairman, President, and CEO of Verisk Analytics, to its Board of Directors, announced in a press release. Stephenson brings over two decades of experience at Verisk, where he led the company’s transformation into a global data and analytics provider between 2013 and 2022.

During his tenure, Verisk grew its market capitalization more than fourfold, joined the S&P 500 Index, and was recognized multiple times by Forbes as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies. His appointment comes as ZestyAI expands its use of artificial intelligence across insurance workflows.

ZestyAI recently reported becoming cash flow positive, doubling product usage across underwriting, rating, and reinsurance, and adding 26 new clients. The company also introduced ZORRO Discover, its agentic AI platform designed to embed AI into enterprise decision-making processes.
