Friedman Real Estate Builds Reporting Workflows on Leni

Friedman Real Estate is using Leni's AI infrastructure to build automated reporting agents around its accounting data, internal processes, and report formats.

Friedman Real Estate is building automated reporting agents and workflows on Leni's commercial real estate AI infrastructure, Leni announced in a press release. Instead of buying a finished reporting product, Friedman will define agents around its ERP and accounting data, internal definitions, review steps, and report formats.

The initial workflows automate custom reports and related processes that staff previously assembled manually across several systems. They produce traceable reports and dashboards, export them as PDF files, and route them for review.

Leni's infrastructure includes connectors for ERP and accounting systems, a Universal Data Model, organizational memory, specialized models, and verification loops. Friedman may use the same foundation for budgeting, variance analysis, investor and board packages, and document review.
