Frigade Launches Assist API for Product Onboarding and Support
Frigade announced in a press release the launch of Assist API, which gives a company's existing AI agent knowledge of its product for onboarding, customer support, and assistance inside applications. A browser based agent signs into the product with user level permissions, completes workflows, and repeats the process after product releases.
Companies can register Assist API as a tool within an existing AI agent. The agent can answer questions about current product capabilities or start browser based walkthroughs that highlight steps inside the product.
Support teams can review conversations, correct responses, and adjust the agent's knowledge without engineering work. The API works with tool enabled agents, including those built with the Vercel AI SDK. Enterprise options include self hosting, customer supplied language model keys, and European Union data residency. Assist API is available now, and Retell AI is building on it.

Tensordyne Napier: What If One Rack Could Do the Work of Nine?
Tensordyne
This Tensordyne whitepaper presents Napier, an inference-focused AI processor and rack-scale system based on the company’s TDN Math logarithmic number system. It examines infrastructure requirements for large mixture-of-experts and agentic models, compares major inference architecture approaches, and details the TDN AIP processor, TDN72 pod, TDN Link fabric, and Napier Ultra configuration. The paper reports simulation-based performance, cost, and accuracy-validation results, including Tensordyne’s projected comparison of one Napier rack with a nine-rack Nvidia Rubin plus Groq deployment; the chip is reported as taped out and in fabrication.
