Frontline Justice Expands Frontline Q AI Assistance in Partnership with Josef
Frontline Justice has started a nationwide rollout of its Frontline Q platform, developed with Josef, announced in a press release. The expansion follows a pilot in Alaska and now includes Arizona and Texas. The AI assistant is designed to help families understand Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program eligibility and challenge benefit denials.
Frontline Q is built on Josef’s legal automation technology and combines federal, state, and local rules with insights from community advocates. The system provides explainable, verified answers to questions about SNAP regulations, supported by oversight from legal aid lawyers.
The tool allows direct user feedback, which improves the model over time. It is deployed alongside trained justice workers such as health professionals and librarians who assist families where legal aid resources are limited. The initiative aims to increase access to benefits for eligible households through faster and more accurate legal support.
